The rates include free use of the relaxation area (with swimming pool and whirlpool).
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 p.m.; on the day of departure, please vacate them by 11:00 a.m.
Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, to be paid by bank transfer. The deposit must be received within 7 days from the booking date, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. Once the payment has been made, please send a copy of the payment receipt via email to info@susoi.it, indicating the booked period.

Cancellation Policy
In general, the European regulations governing the cancellation of travel and hotel stays apply.
