The prices are per person.
Use of the relax area (with the swimming pool/jacuzzi) is included in the price, from Monday until Friday (Saturday and Sunday only with reservation)
Terms and conditions about "Prenota subito" tarif
- The offer "Prenota subito" is valid for bookings made ??at least one month before to arrival
- The first night payment must take place at the time of booking by credit transfer, please send us the bank receipt.
- The first night is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or modification of the arrival date.
- In case of No Show the room will be available until 11 a.m. of the following day, except different client's dispositions. After 12 a.m. the room will be resold.
- If we don't receive the receipt of the credit transfer by the end of 24 hours, booking will be deleted
- The booking's settlement is required at the time of arrival.
Check-in: guests may check in anytime after 3 p.m
Check-out: it is necessary to leave your room not later than noon.
The reservation is confirmerd after a deposit, the 40% of your booking price, by bank transfer. The deposit must be received by the end of 7 days after the booking, on penalty the deposit's decay.
After the payment you have to send us a copy of your payment by e-mail address info@susoi.it with your booking dates.
Cancellation policy: are worth the general European conditions that regulate travels and stays in hotel cancellations, that is are charged: stays don’t cancel before 4 weeks or stays don’t spend because of late arrival or suspension
